The property arrangement through which you can co-own a villa with only 11 others at an affordable cost. Via the arrangement for an entire month every year, picked on a first come first pick basis of said month, the villa is owned completely by you. Of the 30 days, you will have to rent the villa out for 18 days and you may choose to stay at it for the rest of the 12 days. Get amazing returns on your investment while also owning a holiday home.
